Theo is a definitely good developer, he finishes work at the promised deadline every time, and I can be sure, that whatever I ask of him, it will be done. The communication with him is very good. From the very start of the contract Theo showed real enthusiasm to understand our project and also a determination to complete the work AS per our specifications AND in a tight time-frame. In particular we were impressed with the level of communication and it was never a problem to request adjustments – often made in real time! Theo clearly does not like to disappoint and would insist on carrying-on until the work was completed as requested. We were very happy with the results. Once again, excellent work from Theo. Particulary impressed by Theo’s willingness to get the job done as you want it done – I would contrast that with previous experiences with other web designers who fail to follow our instructions (no matter how detailed) then do it their own way and then get upset if you ask to have your original request respected. As well as his great patience, very strong technically. I am sure he could design anything if requested – will be hiring again certainly.
